Frequently asked
- What does the 7-day test audit involve?
- We measure your real numbers for 7 days — missed calls, admin time, the gaps — before you pay anything. You get the numbers whether you hire us or not.
- How long until it's live?
- Most builds go live within two to three weeks of the audit. If you need it sooner, a rush build (live in under 2 weeks) is a €300 add-on.
- Will callers know they're talking to a machine?
- Yes. Every system says it's an automated assistant at the start of the call — required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act from 2 August 2026, and we'd do it anyway.
- What happens to my call data?
- It's handled in the EU, GDPR-compliant, with a data-processing agreement on every engagement. Your data stays yours.
- Can I cancel?
- Call Recovery has a three-month minimum and the Full System six months; the Automation Build has no minimum — it's a one-time build. After the minimum, monthly plans run month to month.
- Do you discount?
- No. Our prices are fixed. If the budget is tight, we adjust what's included — we don't discount.
- What languages does the assistant speak?
- Dutch as standard. An extra language — for example French alongside Dutch — is a €200 add-on.
