Strategy backed by data.
Systems that pay for themselves.
We build the automations, voice systems and dashboards that take repetitive work off small businesses in Belgium and the Netherlands — and we measure what they return.
The phone rings while you are with a customer. Nobody answers it.
Small businesses lose revenue in the gaps: calls that ring out during service hours, enquiries that arrive at 9pm, quotes retyped by hand, the same admin done twice because two systems do not talk to each other.
None of it shows up in your accounts as a loss. It shows up as a ceiling you cannot explain.
We find the gaps, close them with software, and show you the number.
Four disciplines. One outcome.
Every engagement is built around measurable growth. We only take on work we know we can move the needle on.
Inbound Call Recovery
A voice system that answers the calls you miss — after hours, during service, when the line is busy. It qualifies the caller, books into your existing calendar, and logs every conversation. You get a monthly report showing what it caught.

Quotes, intake, scheduling, follow-up, reporting. We connect the tools you already run and take the repetitive work off your team, with human review where it matters.
See pricing→Dashboards & Reporting
A single screen showing what your business actually did this month. Built on your own data, not a template.
See pricing→Content & Motion Video
Social content and product video for businesses that need the front end to match the back end. Includes KeyFrame, our product video department.

See the machine run.
A working preview of the kind of system we build: calls answered, appointments booked, admin removed. Every number, event and conversation below is sample data, playing on a loop.
An automated operations dashboard replaying sample data: calls recovered, appointments booked, admin hours removed, a live activity feed and a simulated answered call.
Every call captured
Missed calls are answered, callers qualified and appointments booked into your calendar — day or night, without anyone lifting a phone.
One connected view
Calendar, telephony, CRM and messaging on a single screen, so nothing falls between tools and every booking is logged with its source.
Measured, not guessed
Live numbers on calls recovered, hours saved and cost per appointment — the same report we hand you every month, on your own data.
This is a live demo on sample data. We build your version on your own numbers.

Deployed, tested, monitored. We watch the first two weeks closely.
Measure
Monthly report in hours and euros. Quarterly review of what to build next.
Static product photos, set in motion.
KeyFrame is The Data Key's product video department. It turns static product photos into short, professional motion videos built for online sellers — Amazon, Bol.com, and the platforms where a listing has to earn its attention.
The same clips are ready to work across your product pages, paid ads, and social feeds.
The cost behind the content
Every piece of digital work — the content we create, the automations we build, the platforms your business runs on — is powered by something physical. Data centres are now among the fastest-growing sources of electricity demand in the world: global data centre electricity use grew 17% in 2025 alone, and the International Energy Agency projects that demand will roughly double again by 2030.
That infrastructure powers our work too. We think the right response isn't to step away from better tools — it's to make sure the business built on top of them puts something back.
Harness the Wind
5% of our net profit funds renewable energy and environmental work around the world
Starting from our first full quarter of retainer revenue, The Data Key commits 5% of net profit — not revenue we haven't earned yet, the actual profit — to Harness the Wind, our own small program for funding real environmental and renewable energy work.
We donate directly to a recognised Belgian environmental foundation rather than running our own fund. That means the money goes to work faster, and it means every euro is independently accounted for by an organisation whose entire purpose is this work — not managed by us.
We'll publish the number once a year, here on this page. Not because it's large — it isn't yet — but because a business that talks about data and numbers to its clients should hold itself to the same standard.
And this is a starting point, not the finish line. As The Data Key grows, we intend to build out more sustainability solutions — widening what Harness the Wind funds and finding new ways to make the work we create, and the work we automate, lighter on the world it runs on.
