[ Trust ]
Your customers trust you. We treat that with care.

Permission first
QuoteKey only follows up customers who asked for a quote themselves and gave permission: with a tick box on your quote form, or because you asked them and recorded it. Every permission is stored with its source, wording and date. No old address lists, no cold messages, no phone calls.
Honest about AI
Since 2 August 2026, people must be told when they are communicating with an AI system (EU AI Act, Article 50). QuoteKey says so in the first message of every conversation:
“You are talking to the digital assistant of [your business]. For questions about price or technical details, [your first name] takes over personally.”
STOP means stop
Every message has a STOP option. One STOP stops every message to that customer, on every channel, within a minute.
What the assistant never says
- Never mentions prices, discounts, dates or subsidy amounts
- Gives no technical advice
- Never pretends to be you or a person
- Sends nothing to anyone who said STOP or gave no permission
- Never calls
- Sends nothing after 20:00, on Sundays or on public holidays
Your customers' data
- Stored in the EU.
- Encrypted at rest, with two-factor login for administrators.
- We only ask for the access we need.
- Kept for 12 months after a quote closes by default; you decide.
- If a customer asks for their data, we provide a full export.
- If you cancel, you get everything and we delete it all within 30 days.
Data processing agreement
You remain responsible for your customers' data; we process it on your behalf. That's why you accept a data processing agreement at the start, with the list of parties we use. If that list changes, we tell you in advance.
Sub-processors
The current list is part of your data processing agreement. Ask for it at info@thedatakey.co.
